Unfortunately the PubChem databases currently have no way of referencing data, only batch download is available.

Finding and Downloading Molecules from the PubChem Databases Locate in Contents

Search here, at the PubChem Database. If you find the molecule that you want, then click the "XML" button ( Download XML -> 3D XML ) which gives the file CID_<number>.xml which can be renamed to a .pc file.
